The Neck and Cranium
Pre-Recorded

webinar is now available ON DEMAND. The webinar will be available for 3
months from your date of purchase so that you can watch it at your

The last webinar in this series
brings it all up to the upper pole: the neck muscles and viscera, as well as
the 'boss' on top, the cranium and its subtle movements. We follow a
brief analysis of the cranium and cranial strains with the essential guide to
the specific layers of the neck, especially the sub-occipital muscles which
bridge between the movements of the eyes and the orientation of the spine.
This most mobile part of your spine is also the most subject to problems
of imbalance. Come learn strategies for
ease and balance.
