Boundaries and Sexuality: Creating Intimate Relationships

In this workshop on boundaries and sexuality you will learn how to establish boundaries around your sexuality so that you can have more successful intimate relationships. Everyone would like to be more at ease with sexuality, but many of us find few places to talk about it openly and honestly. This workshop provides an atmosphere to explore sexuality in a sensitive, safe, yet frank manner. The workshop will use group discussion, women's and men's caucuses, role plays and exercises to help participants learn new skills. You are welcome to come by yourself or with your partner, spouse or lover.

In the first part of the workshop we will explore sexuality and what you want in a sexual relationship. During the second part we will explore how to create the sexual relationship you would like to have in your life.

In this workshop we will:

Look at the confusion between sex, intimacy, friendship, and love.

Create new channels of communication about sexuality with a partner.

Explore unresolved conflicts that block sexual expression.

Explore sexuality in an open, frank and safe atmosphere.

Become clear about what you want and how to ask for it.

Time: Saturday and Sunday from 9a.m. - 5p.m.

Fee: $150.00

Ben E. Benjamin, Ph. D., the workshop leader and noted author, has been teaching workshops on boundaries and communication for over twenty years. He is presently writing a book on creating healthy boundaries in health care settings. Dr. Benjamin is the Founder and Pounder and President of the Muscular Therapy Institute in Cambridge, MA.
