Risk Management Assessment Process

Goal: Increase safety by reducing the incidence of inappropriate touch to as close to zero as possible through focused scrutiny of every aspect of operations.

End Product: A comprehensive, insightful, easy-to-follow report highlighting actionable recommendations to enhance and supplement existing safety and security programs, including well-defined goals and objectives, with resources to assist in their implementation.

Desired Outcome: Implementation of a thoughtful and comprehensive sexual misconduct prevention plan, supported by enhanced quality of current programs and services.

To achieve this, the process will be executed in three stages.

Stage 1 – Document Review

In order to mitigate the environment for inappropriate touch, the following materials will be reviewed:

  • Previous lawsuits (depositions, incident reports, expert witness reports)
  • Verbal interview process and criteria
  • Interview training
  • Interview questions
  • Practical interview process and criteria

  • Explicit list of violations for termination
  • Supervision process
  • Massage licensing entity reporting
  • Investigations
Stage 2 – Spa Visits

Services Review: Receive one or two incognito massage sessions

Interviews:

Stage 3 – Prepare Report
  • Collate information from the interviews
